I have applied in the past and did not get my application cleared due to me moving from one state to the next. I want to rejoin Arma 3 and start with a bang! I figured the 4th MRB can give me the best immersion experience that I have been looking for. P.S. I am sorry about not completing the first application on time and I wasn't ignoring the emails and messages I just had to move my home to another state sorry. How did you find out about the 4th MRB?
