As a former member of the unit as it stood up, per http://4thmrb.net/forums/index.php?/topic/821-immediate-required-certification/ you only need to complete the following certification gaps in order to complete the grandfathering in process: Range qualification Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) Combatant Diver Please reach out to qualified S-3 trainers in order to arrange time to achieve the above. Due to re-joining the unit during the winter stand down, you must complete the above 3 certifications within 6 weeks of our return to duty on Mon 14Jan19. Therefore, you must complete these by Sun 24Feb19 23:59 CT to avoid being an honourable discharged. Semper Fi Marine!
