Capt Childs Posted March 24, 2017 Report post Posted March 24, 2017 Sgt Blackburn As a returning member who was previously grandfathered in during the initial standing up period, you will be processed back in at your previous rank of E-5 Sergeant, with a billet of 0372 Critical Skills Operator. You must complete all outstanding certifications ASAP in order to qualify for your Marine Special Operator Insignia and remain in billet. S-1 please process Sgt Blackburn back in to MSOT 8410 Tactical Element 2.
