Hi guys.  I updated the Banner on our YouTube channel a couple days ago.  I didn't like the way it looked and I needed to resize some of the text, so I just modified the banner and uploaded the new one a short time ago.
I don't know how many of you visit our YouTube channel, but the more people that go there, and give a "thumbs up" and comment, the better for the algorithm rating so more people see our channel.  Hence, more possible recruits.

Attn All:
This November is the 5th Anniversary of this unit.  The interviews I conducted were assembled into a video about the unit which will be published in November as part of an anniversary special video.

Operation Sledgehammer, "Prevalna Patrol".  
I had a little fun with this one.  The view of the sunbeams coming through the trees on the movement to the village inspired the music.  Listen to the words; it fits perfectly.
I also added some sound effects but I wonder if any of you will even catch them.  Most of them are subtle, a few are obvious, but all can easily be heard if you are really listening.
Let me know if you hear the sound effects, and what you heard. 
Note: I often add some sound effects, but usually, they fit into the action of the video so I suspect you don't even realize it.

Hello.  You are visiting the Recruitment Office of the Headquarters of the 4th MARINE RAIDER BATTALION.  This is a Arma3 Realism Unit based on the Special Operators of the US Marine Corps.
 
We attempt, as much as is possible, with the limitations of the game world of Arma3, to emulate the highly skilled Special Operators of the US Marine Corps, MARSOC, known as Marine Raiders, of the United States Special Operations Command, aka USSOCOM.
 
If you are interested in being part of a team oriented, Arma3 realism unit, you may have come to the right place.  You will need training, skills and a positive attitude.  We will give you the training.
 
If you join the 4th Marine Raider Battalion, you will become a Virtual Marine.  We don't pretend we are real life Marines, but we do try, while in game to adopt the characteristics of the US Marines.  Like real Marines, we try to be the elite of the Arma3 game world.  If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to research our unit further and ask questions of me or any of our members.  Then, fill out an application which can be located in this section of our website.

I guess Promotion for the unit is an ongoing thing and so I decided to create some posters for the unit. I have spoken to the Captain and here is some of the posters that I have made so far.
Post them where you like, spread them, admire them or ignore them I dont mind. 
 
I guess in this thread we can post ideas and media for promotion of the unit and discuss new ways to promote the unit.

You old veterans know me and know I've been away a long time.   You also know I wasn't there the last half of the year because I moved and haven't been in a house or apartment.  My computer is in storage and my beautiful wife and I have been traveling around the country as we wait for our new house to be built.
 
If there was any way I could've been with you all, I would've.  Logistically, it just wasn't gonna work.
 
 
So, when I say I miss you guys and can't wait to get back, I hope you understand how sincere I am.  You guys in the 4th MRB are some of my buddies and friends.
 
I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and also pray you have a wonderful new year.   I'll be back in a month and you all better be there !!!!!!!!!

1.) I've been wanting to get back into the Arma Milsim experence for years now, it used to be my main hobby back in the day.
2.) I was told this was a very soild group by Richter, he and I have very similar standards when it comes to milsim.
